Morgan Peden is the CEO and Owner of Impress Dental Laboratories, an on‑site dental lab in Quinton, Oklahoma, built on more than 15 years of hands‑on experience in the dental technology field. As one of the few licensed Certified Dental Technicians (CDT) in the state, Morgan has dedicated their career to precision craftsmanship, dependable service, and restoring confidence through high‑quality dental prosthetics.
But Morgan’s story didn’t begin in a boardroom or a dental lab. Raised in the foster care system, Morgan learned early what resilience, independence, and determination truly mean. Those years shaped a work ethic built on grit, gratitude, and the belief that every challenge can be turned into a foundation for something greater. Instead of letting hardship define them, Morgan used it as fuel — a reason to build a life, a business, and a legacy rooted in stability, service, and purpose.
In 2014, Morgan began planning what would eventually become Impress Dental Laboratories. With a vision for a lab that combined technical excellence with transparent, reliable workflows, Morgan spent years refining systems, mastering materials, and building a reputation for quality.
