Terms of Service

Impress Dental Laboratories – Terms of Service

Effective Date: 06-30-24

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all products and services provided by Impress Dental Laboratories, located in Quinton, Oklahoma (“Impress Dental,” “we,” “our,” or “the Lab”). By submitting a case, placing an order, or engaging in business with Impress Dental, the ordering dentist or dental practice (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Professional Responsibility

  • Impress Dental Laboratories provides dental prosthetics and related services exclusively to licensed dentists and dental professionals.
  • The Client is responsible for ensuring all prescriptions, impressions, scans, and case submissions comply with state and federal regulations.
  • The Client assumes full responsibility for the diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical use of all products.

2. Case Submissions

  • All cases must include a completed prescription form, accurate impressions or digital scans, and any required shade or design information.
  • The Lab is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or unclear case instructions.
  • Turnaround times begin after all required materials are received.

3. Production & Turnaround Times

  • Standard turnaround times vary by product type and workload. Estimated timelines are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
  • Rush services may be available upon request and may include additional fees.
  • Cases requiring remakes, additional records, or design changes may extend production time.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Current pricing is listed on the Impress Dental Laboratories fee schedule. Prices may change at any time with notice.
  • Payment is due according to the terms listed on your invoice (typically Net 30 unless otherwise agreed).
  • Past-due accounts may be subject to late fees, production holds, or suspension of services.
  • The Client is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

5. Remakes & Adjustments

Impress Dental Laboratories stands behind the quality of its work. Remakes are provided under the following conditions:

Eligible for No‑Charge Remake

  • Lab error or manufacturing defect.
  • Material failure within the warranty period.
  • Work that does not match the prescription provided.

Not Eligible for No‑Charge Remake

  • New impressions or scans due to poor fit caused by inaccurate records.
  • Design changes requested after fabrication has begun.
  • Shade changes not caused by lab error.
  • Clinical adjustments or chairside modifications performed by the dentist.
  • Patient dissatisfaction unrelated to lab workmanship.

Remake fees may apply when the cause is outside the Lab’s control.

6. Warranty

  • Most products include a limited warranty against material or manufacturing defects for a specified period (see product-specific warranty details).
  • Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper adjustments, or failure to follow recommended clinical procedures.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Impress Dental Laboratories is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
  • The Client is responsible for packaging impressions, models, and appliances securely to prevent damage during transit.

8. Digital Files & Records

  • Digital scans, STL files, and design files submitted to the Lab may be stored for internal use, quality control, and case reproduction.
  • All digital assets created by Impress Dental remain the intellectual property of the Lab unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Impress Dental Laboratories’ liability is limited to the cost of the product or service provided.
  • The Lab is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including chair time, lost revenue, or patient-related costs.
  • The Client retains full responsibility for clinical decisions and patient outcomes.

10. Returns

  • Due to the custom nature of dental prosthetics, completed cases are non‑returnable except for remake evaluation.
  • Returned items must be disinfected and properly packaged.

11. Termination of Services

  • Impress Dental Laboratories reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for non‑payment, abusive behavior, or repeated submission of inadequate clinical records.

12. Amendments

  • Impress Dental Laboratories may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Oklahoma.
