By accessing or using our website, submitting laboratory prescription forms, or purchasing custom dental restorations and services from us, you ("Client," "Practitioner," or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

Impress Dental Laboratories is a full-service dental laboratory offering custom fabrication of dental prosthetics, restorations, and related products based on prescriptions provided by licensed dental professionals.

Our services are intended strictly for use by licensed dentists, dental clinics, and authorized medical professionals.

• Licensed Practitioners Only: By submitting an order or prescription, you warrant that you are a licensed dental professional authorized to prescribe dental restorations in your jurisdiction.
• Accuracy of Orders: The submitting practitioner is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all digital scans, physical impressions, shade selections, and prescription instructions provided to us.
• Remakes & Alterations: Substantial changes to prescription specifications after fabrication has begun may result in additional fees.

• Pricing: Prices for our products and services are subject to change. Quotes provided are based on current fee schedules at the time of order placement.
• Invoicing: Statements and invoices are issued regularly according to your account setup.
• Payment Terms (Net 30): All invoices are strictly Net 30. Payment in full is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the original invoice date.
• Late Charges & Past-Due Accounts: Any invoice not paid in full within thirty (30) days of the original invoice date will be subject to a late fee as applied on your invoice statement, up to the maximum rate permitted under applicable state law, calculated on the unpaid balance from the original due date until paid in full.
• Account Suspension & Collection Costs: Impress Dental Laboratories reserves the right to suspend new lab work or withhold completed fabrications for accounts with past-due balances. In the event an account is referred to collections or legal action, the Client agrees to pay all reasonable collection agency fees, attorney fees, and court costs.

• HIPAA Compliance: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable state laws.
• Client Responsibility: Clients agree not to send unnecessary PHI and to ensure all transmission of digital files and patient data through our website or portals complies with relevant privacy regulations.

• Custom Workmanship: Impress Dental Laboratories warrants that all custom fabrications conform to the prescription instructions provided by the ordering practitioner and are free from material defects upon delivery.
• No Medical Advice: Impress Dental Laboratories does not practice dentistry or provide medical diagnoses/advice. The ordering practitioner retains full clinical responsibility for patient care, fit, placement, and final treatment outcomes.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impress Dental Laboratories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

All content on this website—including logos, text, graphics, trademarks, and design—is the property of Impress Dental Laboratories and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
